To save time at the airport, we encourage our passengers to use the online check-in facility on our website 24 hours prior to departure. 

Baggage Policy

Due to the limited baggage hold of our aircraft, we have an allowance of 15Kgs (including carry-on luggage) per passenger. Further, the bags should be soft-sided. We allow excess luggage dependent on space availability at the cost of USD 3 (exclusive of 16% VAT) per Kg for all domestic destinations and USD 4 (exclusive of 16% VAT) per Kg for all international flights. Alternatively, passengers can book a freight seat at 70% of our base fare (exclusive of tax) at the point of booking for an additional luggage allowance of up to 75 Kg. We store excess luggage free of charge should these options fail to meet their requirements.

Travel Requirements for Kenya

  • A valid Visa.
  • A passport with at least a six-month validity period is required.
  • A certificate of vaccination against Covid-19 or a negative Covid-19 PCR test, taken no more than 72 hours before boarding the aircraft, must be uploaded to Global Haven.
  • Yellow Fever certificate.

Travel Requirements for Tanzania

  • A valid Visa.
  • A passport with at least a six-month validity period is required.
  • An Entry Declaration form duly filled out.
  • A soft copy of the Covid-19 vaccination certificate or a negative Covid-19 PCR test certificate taken no more than 72 hours before boarding the aircraft for partially or un-vaccinated passengers.
  • A duly filled out Health Surveillance form.
  • Yellow Fever certificate.

  • A passport with at least a six-month validity period is required.
  • A Covid-19 vaccination certificate or a negative Covid-19 PCR test certificate taken no more than 72 hours before boarding the aircraft for partially or un-vaccinated passengers.
